At Derz Hair Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Free from any alterations, cuts, or styling

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items marked as final sale
Customized or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@derzoneshoppingonline.com within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
